I would probably have to go with the devil...

and is usually protrayed as the personifaction of pure evil, so I'm not sure if theres anything worse than that?

Hes been in quite a few movies, including, but not limited to actor Ronald Regan, any mentions or shots of McDonalds, Pepsi et al., Mickey Mouse and Gloria Hunniford (shes not been in any movies to my knowledge, but she is pure evil)

If I had to choose any particualr moive, I'd probably choose Time Bandits, just cos I can...

Blofeld wasn't that evil really... he was mad, wanted to take over the world a lot, but there is much more eviler people type things.

Jaws wasn't evil. Oddjob was more evil than him, and they both spoke as much.

Emperor Palpatine. He was made of evil. Darth Vader was his biatch, but he wasn't so evil. Evidently.

AND he destroyed a planet. You can't get much more evil than that.

Hugo Drax nearly did too, but that's Moonraker, and I don't like to talk about that.

Well, all the humans anyway. And that's what the whole thing was about... the "millions of voices" anyway.
