I know pro evo said he flew for 9 seconds but what happnned after that. I know u can fly because if u look on the map in centre of manual u will see next to the man in green in top left a plane flying around the sky skrapers. Also how manypackages all got(Ive 40) and those who have seen that tank on the army base misssion where u have 2 stop the cartel killing the 1 armed bloke. its always locked when i try to get it.

If you look in the Topic GTA3 Hints and Tips it gives you the full breakdown, but for 30 you get Grenades and for 40 Shotgun.
what do you get for 30 pakages i already have an uzi a baseball bat and a pistol! in my garage i have a police car a orange stinger a blue ferrari look a like and a red LOBO
