Can somebody please help me.
I am trying to install The Sims Deluxe Edition onto my PC.
It lets me intall both CD Roms and it and gives me a message that it has installed successfully.
I can then use The Sims Creator to create my SIMS but when I try to load the actual game it starts to load and just at the place where the game should begin it crashes.

At the back of the manual there could be a 'trouble shooting' bit.
See if there are any instructions for dealing with game problems (an FAQ document perhaps?)
Check the EA site for technical help.
If none of these work, ring EA's technical help.
