Sometimes it's better to go places by your self, I usually go to cinema by myself. I earnt that the people who I went with were always talking and being pr!cks, so I now go by myself to see the big films like The Matrix Reloaded. I tend to go in the morning or afternoon, this way I seem to miss the talkers and get to watch it with people who don't talk and main reason for going is to be able to watch the film, without some loud teenagers talking loudly during it all.

Yes go on your own and meet new people. If you get talking to a nice girl then you won't even notice your mates around. Don't let people spoil your plans, its a lesson I have learnt very valubly from so far in life.
