hi,

you're not gonna believe me but my mate is stuck on death mountain in the dark world and cant get down. i cant remember how to do it so therefore am not much help, i was hoping one of you would know what to do...

he just wants to get off the mountain and back into the dark world so he can carry on getting crystals..but cant get down the mountain!!

and it IS my mate, it's not me ;) ahem, im on the Ice Palace..

I'm sure that's what you had to do....been ages since I played that far though.

yeah we tried, but couldnt get back from the light to dark cos the warpzones seemed to be gone..

i told him to go to light world, get off mountain and then head for a warpzone off the mountain to get back to the dark world. and he said the warpzones had been covered/disappeard..

i was sure that was what you had to do but it seems not...

Can't remember...but can't you use the mirror to change it to the good (normal) world and then get down?
