I've noticed two, one when Edward Norton is talking to the doctor, and another when he's at one of his support groups.
It's one of those movies that seems to improve once you've seen it a couple of times, everthing works like it should, there are no bits that don't make sense.
Top movie.
And if you look closly, he also appears in a coffee cup very near the start of the film.
There's probably more, not sure, for some reason six comes to mind.
