In all honesty ? No, I'll say straight up that I don't care about becoming a notable. Thats not to discredit anyone who has got the status. What I appreciate and find nice is that there are people on here that take the time to vote for me and think of me as making a good contribution to the place.

As you said, having a gold name won't change anything about me - how often I post, what I write and who wants to read the stuff I put out. As long as I'm posting and chatting with the group of guys I always see on here, I'm happy. :-)

Snuggly once said that I don't really deserve notable status because I basically limit myself to the XBox forum and don't venture into FOG chat, etc. I think I've proved my view towards being a notable because after being told that, that didn't make me rush into other forums, posting as much as possible - I stuck with what I do and where I go and thats the XBox forum. Of course I had some spells in the Ninty and Sony forums when I bought the consoles, but overall I've never denied that the XBox forum is my favourite and in the end I've come back to just posting in here.
No doubt I'll do posts in the other forums occasionally but this is the place where you'll find me if you're looking for me on here. ;-)

Are you really bothered anyway? Its not like it is anything that is going to make you any more respected. Just keep posting here and help keep this forum going.

Thanks for the compliments guys. ;-) Oh well, you never know what will happen with these elections - I think I can take pride in being one of the regular appearances cause although I don't come close to the overall winner and 2nd place, I get a nice little vote count each time that I'm happy with. :-)

The posters that get tons of votes and come second one election seem to practically disappear in the following one. Thats why when people talk about favourites for the next election, I never really take part cause it comes down to whose popular 3 months later and that can swap and change quite a bit within that time. ;-))

He should do but I doubt it. The same people vote for Sav every time which doesn't really help :)

No probs. You always write good stuff on here and offer good advice. You'll have your name in gold letters soon enough.
