I am posting this on behalf of a friend of mine who as been having problems since she had updated her Microsoft software from the microsoft automaic updates.
Now she can not open more then one browser window on her computer. So does anybody know why this is or even how 2 correct it?

My Guess is that she needs MORE RAM!! Because until last week I couldn't open more than 7 browsers...not that I usually need to.
But we just added about 64MB (not much) and everything seems better, I might try buying myself a load of RAM for Chrimbo and adding more to this computer and some more to mine!!

What happens when she tries to launch more than one, and how much RAM has she got?
