I just thought u would like to know that u can acces fenced off areas by parking a van next to the fence and a car next to that. U can now use them as steps to get over the fence. Areas i mean are the turtle head fish co and some warehouse were u can get onto the roof and get a uzi, shield and hidden package. I'm sure theres more.

There is also a perfect stunt jump on the broken brige where you start at the beggining. Go up it and when it comes to the broken bit turn around.
The once at full speed drive up the middle small ramp that seperates the two roads. Excellent to watch and gets some series money.
If you land propally and keep going forward you can jump on a lump of grass and get even more money.

yeh if you go to the train station and run a long the track for a while and jump off onto a certain building you get a flame thrower
