who hasn't got GTA3 and preordered it off SR every else seems to have got it today (friday) I am so annoyed

The only slowdown Ive experienced was when there was about 15 odd people on screen at once!!

Yep there is slowdown. Only when you get those things in the game that slows every thing down until you get into a car :) But that doesnt count so I dont think there is any slowdown.

If you can afford it I would mate. It is simply the most enjoyable game I have played in a long time. Maybe in the longterm you may get bored ( not in my opinion ) but in the meantime I think you will be pleasantly suprised.
I read a lot of reviews which said it was Ok but not great but they must have been on drugs at the time
