Game Name: Dennis Bergkamp Soccer
Console: Ps1, Ps2, GameCube, X-box
Price: £40
Components: 2 discs (one disc includes Bergkampís autobiography; the second disc has the game itself. Free 8MB memory card
A Game based on Dennis Bergkamp and using his movements to produce a magnificent fast moving game. The game will use Bergkamp vision and his passing ability and his finishing techniques.
It will feature an all media section including the double winning success and the agony of the penalty miss against Manchester united. There will be his whole autobiography including how he felt taking the penalty and being named as player of the year and scoring that wonder goal against Argentina.
There will be plenty of videos to choose from, including his time at Inter Milan and Ajax and arsenal showing his highs and lows.
The game will give you the opportunity to replay matches like the FA cup semi-final featuring Arsenal vs. Manchester united making us change history.
Konami using their amazing graphics of ISS series will produce the game and commentary will be from the top Sky pundits Martin Tyler and Andy Gray. Also the crowd will be chanting, ì We got Dennis Bergkampî whenever he plays, there will also be other crowds supporting players like Beckham, Zidane etc.
You can choose from three leagues, English, Spanish and Italian. There is also the opportunity to play international football, which includes the World cup and European Cup. You have an option, which allows you to create a player and train them and try and force them into the first team and you can try and make them play in the international team. The player will be reviewed each match allowing you to identify where he can improve.
Scenarios will be available to complete like in the previous ISS series making you accomplish certain tasks.
Multiplayer option available like in most football games allowing you to challenge your mates.
There will also be an Internet option allowing gamers to play matches online (but be warned unless you have a quick connection like ADSL or Cable modem otherwise this option will be useless because it will be far to slow for the 56k Modem)
But there is another option on the net, which allows you to download different options like new kits, or more leagues allowing you mess around with these options. You must have a good memory card for your console to store these options, 16MB is recommended. But you get a free 8MB, which is reasonable. But if Have a PC you can save the components on your hard drive (memory pending).
