Hmm, i've been caught out publically on this forum recently by not knowing that the Blue Meanie and the Blue Boy were the same person, which led me to think that a lot of wrestlers take a long sabbatical before returning looking completely different and with a different name...e.g

Ok, thanks for that. All I got to see was the 1997-1998 on Bravo, before I downgraded to the "Rockbottom" sky package. However, on one video (can't remember which), I saw a clip of Austin in ECW, on his debut, standing on a ladder, mocking WCW - rather interesting stuff. I never really had access to recent ECW stuff, but was always looking up the results on the internet. The status of the wrestlers since they've gone to WWF has really changed considerably. Oh, it looks like I should be a newbie soon. I have met the criteria for words but I have a long way to go on posts, I guess!

When h challenged Mikey Whipwreck for the ECW title, as I remember he was introduced under the name 'Steve Austin', if i remember correctly...my mind is a bit fuzzy these days though....getting old and that :S

Yes, well HHH did use Paul Levesque in WCW and Goldust used Dustin Runnels in WCW, so it would make sense that I posted them. Not everybody knows HHH's name, but most people know Goldust's. Actually, I wasn't sure about what name Stone Cold used in ECW. I thought it was his real name but I'm pending at the moment. If you could shed any light on the subject, please feel free to. Thanks.
