does any1 no how to make a log in section on my site ???

As you are using the InstantPro Website Builder, there isn't currently a facility where you can have visitors to your site create user accounts etc.
What you can do is create some pages you want 'members' to have access to, hide them from the main site navigation, and use the password protection facility within InstantPro so that only people that you give the password to can access the content on the page.
This will give you an 'exclusive' section of your site that only certain people can access - for help with this, have a read of the Password Protection Tutorial.
