We have a web form which sends an automated acknowledgment to the person who filled it in.

It works fine, except when the form filler has a Hotmail account - the acknowledgement email is being bounced back as spam.

Any suggestions for how to fix this?

Below is the header of the email that was returned.

[email protected] is the address in the FROM line
[email protected] is the form filler's address

Might the line X-Authentication-Warning: freeolaweb1.freeola.net: nobody set sender to [email protected] using -f have something to do with it, and if so how can I fix this?

Thanks.

Continue this excellent work...
Brilliant! As usual the careful and intuitive production that Freeola puts into everything it sets out to do, I am delighted.
10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
