This thread has been linked to the game 'Mario Kart Double Dash'.
It has tracks features in mario kart 64 but they have been done up and are much bigger, better and atrractive now. The weapons are still mainly the same but the character on the back of the cart manages them. in the recently shown footage you see luigi pushing the speed mushrooms into the engine from the back of kart and he throws a red shell at someone too. the graphics arent amazing but they have paid alot more attention to detail on the karts and racers.

So basically it's just a repackaged version of Mario kart 64 then?
yeah basically. it runs alot smoother and the two people on each kart is the only drastic chnage i can really notice. There will probably be alot more new multiplayer games and stuff but i have only seen one two minute race.
Oh well, I'm sure we are all going to buy it!
