Yu Suzuki's Shenmue was one of the more cinematic games to hit shelves in the last couple years, and apparently Sega thought so too. Earlier this year, the game hit the big screen in Japan in movie form, which basically amounted to a collation of all the story fragments of Shenmue. Now we have received word that Shenmue: The Movie will see a DVD release in Japan.
The movie runs ninety minutes and features English dialogue with Japanese subtitles. Shenmue: The Movie is set to arrive on Japanese shelves on the 21st of December for a wallet-whalloping 4,700€ (~$39). There are currently no plans to release the DVD domestically, but with the second installment in the series headed to the Xbox, such a title would serve as a valuable stepping stone for newcomers.

the past week weve not spoke and hes been off work three days said on monday when i got sean up for school that he was to stay off he was takin him to a lawyer but didnt, then yesterday said that we was getting him uo but didnt then asked me why wasnt he at school, then sed hed do so today so when i got up to get sean he said no hes not going hes moving out with me. Thers far to right but ill move on..
Im scared that if my step-brother goes with him he will get hurt, be sad and lonely and i dont want that for him, i want him out playing with his mates, and having fun, ive had to deal with the way he hurt my mum and I all these years and i dont want my step-brother to go through it, its so upsetting and not in his best interest, and im scared ive seen him hit him mum and im scared if i say stuff he will hit me. . I dont feel he can look after my step-brother properly, and hes only doing it out of spite, saying if i dont put his name on the house hes taking him away, but he keeps saying hes moving so i dont want to do it because what if i do then he moves then i have to sort it all again! anyways this my story..
i wanted to know if anyone else goes through anything like this, and has anyone done anything about it. Do you think i should go to a family laywer and fight for custody of my brother? or would i not win and should i just let my step-brother go with him and not put him through the hassle of courts and stuff?? Please write back.. Lpx

Can't wait for Shenmue 2.
I'll probably see it. Saves me having to go and play it again.
Nice idea... but... draws a fine line between fun and work and falls on the wrong side.
