I see it like this. The N64 had around 15-20 excellent, must-haves along the lines of Ocarina Of Time, Goldeneye and Mario 64. The PSOne however, had less of these 'revolutionary' titles, but many more 'very good' ones that aren't quite essential but still a joy to play.
It evens out, in my opinion, but I may well have played the PSOne more. I forget. Ah well, they were both excellent - it truly was an excellent era in gaming (much better than this one). It's in the past now, anyway. Lets get back to arguing about GameCube, PS2 and Xbox :D
