Well i think that PS2 just edges ahead of all other consoles (just) and one of the only things people say (if they don't support PS2) is - What is actually better about PS2 compared to GC and XB? What do you people out there think?

i have a ps2 and an xbox. the xbox is in my view better than my ps2. i have played on a gamecube and didn't think it was particularly great.
by process of elimination, i like the xbox best.
