Which is the best value for money and has a good unbiased (as far as a playsation mag can go) standard of journalism?
cheers
C!s
but i find the letters section of it really really bad.....
psm2 is good....
and opsm is getting better with every issue
> Best mag: PSM2 (£3.49)
Definitely. The reviews are the most unbiased of all the PS2 mags. If they dislike a game, they don`t hide it.
>Best DVD: PSW (£3.99)
I agreed with this before because it was true. However, PSM2 are rapidly catching up. They don`t yet have voice over commentaries for the videos, but then PSWs commentary isn`t great. The recent PSM2 DVDs have been much bigger, with much more up to date features. I think PSW still have it by a whisker, but the gap is closing.
For game demos:

I`ve only ever bought one OPS2M, and that wasn`t a great choice. I didn`t like that months demos, and the mag wasn`t all that great. If you want playable demos, I wouldn`t advise a subscription. It may be better to be selective, and go for particular mags with the better demos.
PSW has the best presented DVD, while PSM2 is the best PS2 mag by far.
If you could put the PSW disc on the PSM2 mag, you'd have what could very well be the perfect PS2 publication.

Best DVD? Explain........ Does it come with a DVD?
Yes it does, its not playable, it just has really good footage of upcoming and released games :)
