Do any of you ever wish that you could erase a game completely from you memory?

What I mean is that games like FF7 or Zelda OOT were just sooooo amazing when you played through them the first time! There still good on future runs through the game, but you know where everything is and what's gonna happen. Do you ever just wish you could play a game again, but not remember anything about what happens in it?

I do all the time and it's quite annoying!

Other games I'd like to have removed from my memory would be:-

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Day of the Tenticle

{grrr can't think of any others at the moment, but there's loads more!}

Other games - Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (This probably already is actually, haven't played it for 5 years! Anyone know where I can buy it?)

Yup, Day of the Tentacle (Loved it!)

I have actually thought this about films, espically Arlington Road. The film is just so great to watch for the first time you just wish you could watch it again. What about Jaws and things like that? I've always wanted to erase my memory of a film and then just watch it again for the first time as the second time might still be enjoyable but it won't be as good.

Probably not because you'd also erase all pleasure gain from the first one and it would just be a waste of time.

Great idea, Cooky. I wish I could do that too.

There's nothing like playing Zelda OOT for the first time, you just wish you could have that same feeling again that you had when you first completed it.

*sigh*

We'll just have to wait for GameCube.

SHOCKY
