Hi loki (or other staff member),
For the last couple of weeks I've been discussing a slow-down in my Freeola ADSL connection with 'Rob' the Freeola rep. over at thinkbroadband.

As Rob was going on holiday last Friday, he printed off my problem details and handed them over to another member of Freeola staff so that the problem investigation and resolution could continue in his absence.

He's asked me to keep him up to date with developments so he can see what action has taken place while he's away - so far I've not heard a 'peep' from anyone at Freeola :(

To summarise my fixed 512 package has been running at over 500kbps for the last 3 years or so, then after a speed-up in January (where my radius profile may have been incorrectly set?) I've now been on 300kbps for the last two weeks. You can see a graphic view here: http://www.gwd.freeola.net/adsl/
Coincidently my speed increase on the 10th of January was when I complained about having performance problems with MyFreeola http://chat.freeola.com/Web-Development-4-chat/MyFreeola-very-slow-1569.html

Are you able to find the deatils that Rob said he handed over?

Hi GWD,

Personally I am not sure where Rob left this as he is in a different department, but I have asked one of our Customer Support team to contact you this afternoon regarding the speed of your line.
