Well said!! Can't say how much I agree with you. Loads of people out there are always saying the Clapton was much better than Jimi, and it's feels great to no that somebody in the the world has more than chewing-gum, dead flies and bits of fluff between their ears!!! Hendrix Rocks!!!
This is good, I was expecting lots of younger posters to ask "Who's Jimi Hendrix?". That was not a cue for them to start doing so!! In short, he was the best guitarist, ever. He managed to play better, and faster than any other guitarist, while playing a right-handed guitar left-handed. He could play upside down, on his head, with his teeth and behind his back with out ever missing a beat. And if any little kiddies out there are wondering why you haven't heard any of his new stuff, he was a heroin, cannabis, LSD and cocaine addict, and died in 1970!!! But he still remains the best guitarist ever right up to this very day. Pretty cool eh?
