*dum dum dummm*
the darkside was just too strong i kept hearing voices saying.."you cannot overwhelm the power of the darkside" and "it is your destiny".."if you build it he will come"..(hold on... wrong movie :)
anyways
yup
got me a GBA and i have to say wow
i had no idea a handheld could have graphics like this.. yeah i've seen clips and screenshots but they just dont have the same effect as actually playing thee thing..
Got me Tony Hawk's 2 and it is really good( my thumbs are gonna feel the strain in the morning.) and whats even more amazing.. my old black and white games are in color! wahoo!
its breathed a whole lease of life into them.Tetris doesnt seem so boring now its in color.
but i do have one bad thing to say the screen is a bit dark i have to angle it just right...oh and worm lights suck.
so...
when's Street Fighter out?
looks like i am gonna have to get me a cube now just to see mario fall into the advance and hop back up into the tv.
*fires up double ended lightsaber and majesticly walks away*
sods law i tell ya sods law!
*waves walking stick in the air*
The lack of a backlit screen is a bit of a downer,

i'm glad that they didn't do this, the batteries would have be drained so quickly with a backlit screen, + I think Nintendo have made it dark so that you have to play outside, or so that the screen doesn't fade when you play next to bright lights, well, thats what happened to my GBP, so old and frail :(
anyway, I recommend the light/magnifiers they make it easier to see and even though they're bulky as Mystique said the wormlights aren't worth it, they're good for the earlier versions of GameBoy.
> When you play against 3 of your mates you will be fully converted!
Unfortunately, I don't have 3 mates who have either the will or the money to buy one!
The lack of a backlit screen is a bit of a downer, too.
I was playing a GBA in Game on Saturday, while I was waiting for them to price up my Game Gear trade in.
It's a great little machine; I'd get one, but handheld consoles don't 'do it' for me any more.
