I need urgent replies, I have the cables I ordered, do I simply install the NIC amdput the 25mextension into the NIC and stright into my Network adapter.

OK, you don't need it then. It's for ICS on Windows 98. It's a pretty sturdy package though - handles all the port mapping perfectly.

Heh cheers, what does the software do? Does it let you use Internet sharing on WIN 98 or something? Coz I can use Internet sharing on Win 98 SE, just not with my PS2. Is is software for the PS2 to work?

Have you enabled Internet Connection Sharing?
Telephone number for Sony is in the back of the Network Adaptor manual.

I have done, installed the NIC plugged the cable into that and took it upto my adapter. Bu it dosnt connect to the internet, on the ps2. I need help, what is the telephone number for sony?

As long as it's a crossover cable then yes, all you do is plug the crossover cable into your newly installed NIC and connect the other end to your Sony Network Adaptor. Don't forget to take a note of your PS2's serial number and model number before you connect the Network Adaptor to it as you'll need them later on.

Then you have no problems (Technically that is...)
