Some thoughts
1. Please could you make the order system easier - I've been a regular customer for many years and I hate having to type all my details for every order - especially when other sites now have one click or similar
2. a friend of mine told me you had gone bust - it was simply beacuse he was using the old special.reserve.co.uk address and it doesn't forward to the new site!
3. please could every product have at least a one line description of what it is, it doesn't have to be a full review - even just words like "new platform game by Rage" would be helpful....
hope these are constructive and helpful, maybe the moderator would consider a new forum?

special.reserve.co.uk address still works .. I got taken the the specialreserve.net Address.
As for the one-Click, It's a nice idea, but I think SR said they didn't wanna keep peoples details (Credit Card Numbers, etc) on their Systems for security reasons.
