I brought a Domain from easily.co.uk and had it auto-forwarding ... to Freeola Space, but I oved it over to Freeola so I would have a little control over it, 'cus you can't have as many E-mail addresses, easily only let you have 5 forwarding addresses, and it was a bit of a pain keeping track, so I payed £10 to Freeola to have the name setup onto my Account here .... would have been a little cheaper just getting the Domain From Freeola to start with... but it cost £9.99 from easiy ... and that MEANS £9.99 .... not £9.99 + Vat :o).

Oh, OK.

I was looking earlier at some free domain forwarding sites but there must be some sort of catch in the form of pesky pop-ups etc.

I think I might have to purchase a domain from getdotted soon.

His Web Site is on Freeola, so he paid for the Domain Name through getdotted...... then used that PHP Code to goto where the actual WEb Site is hosted, F2s.

Ermmm, I better rephrase my question.

Did you have to spend any money on getting the www.imagics.co.uk domain or did you get a free domain forwarding account with a web site?

Er, what?

The website I made myself. It's a kinda fake company. It makes me look like a "professional" ;-)

The redirect is a style redirection, done my choice, by me. The reason is, that I have to update the site a lot and I don't want to dialup to Freeola all the time. However, this will be sorted soon.

Does that clear it all up?

But it only redirects to webspace at

Did you need to pay somebody to do this (the redirection) or do a website do it for free?

www.pegged.co.uk

Just a joke site, but it shows off the old php skill with the old message board there. That is a definate good point to freeola: the support for a huge amount of server side stuff. Well worth your money.

The Webspace Freeola offer is great, no limit and it's fast .... will be even faster next week, as they are upgrading :o).

The service and support they offer is great too ... the type you'd expect to pay for.
