In order to get into my first choice Uni, my entrey requirements state that I need an A in Maths, and two Bs.
I've just come out of my M3 exam, and I'm not that confident in satisfying that, so I asked the Uni if it would still be possible to get in. Should I have asked that?

That's two months away... arrghh, I can't sleep!!!
If they've offered you a place. They can't say go away unless you don't meet their requirements.
The worst they can say is no. And most Unis usually let you drop a grade anyway.
Unless you're doing Engineering or something similar when Maths is quite vital, they can't exactly bump up your entry grades though can they?
You'll probably get an email saying,
'Thanks for your enquiry, unfortunatly we cannot allow you in with lower grades at the moment although if you contact us on the day of your results, depending on how other people did, the amount of free spaces on the course and how well you do on your exams, we still may accept you.'
Somrthing like that.
