ok so i have done this before but now i am actually gonna go out and buy one but which?
i want to know which of the new zelda games is the puzzle orientated

You're not bloody kidding. I played that game right through twice, and unlike the SNES games, I believe, the GB version has left a tangible legacy to the series. So yes, get Link to the Past (you might as well go for DX), and don't you dare generalise newbies like that again. We are people, you know, and sometimes - just SOMETIMES - we have some worthwhile advice.

ages is better than seasons
all i know is that the oracle of Ages is supposed to be more classic Zelda.
