And Kyz, yeah, there was a similar thing about two months ago. An American guy was egged on to take an overdose over an IRC channel.

It is 'accessory to murder' and you would get about 10 years for it. It happened once. This guy set up a webcam and these people egged him on to kill himself and he commited suicide over a live web feed. It was in Japan a few years ago. You can probably find something about it if you search google or something.
