I expect you've done this long ago, but I'm new here, so I'll chance it :o).

What makes you go and buy a particuar Game or Console??

The Advertising behind it?? Word of Mouth?? Playing the Game/the machine??? The Price?? The amount of extras for it???

Put your points across, I wouldn't mind knowing what makes most people here go for the item.

Mainly the games available and the titles to be released. I would not pledge myself to one company. Everyone knows when these things come out as there is so much hype. I think that we are very lucky as consumers for the choice we get. The price is another arguement.

Playing the Games Machine wins it.

Although I wouldn't buy something too expensive.
