I've got the munchies now, so I'm off to settle it with some grated Red Leicester cheese on Ritz crackers. What does everyone else use to curb those hunger tendencies?

A piece of cake from ontop of the breadbin, a double chocolate cookie from ontop of the breadbin, never sandwhiches, a drink from the fridge, never toast and thats about it. Oh, and no cheese.
