After the Gameboy Player topic, the dithering on whether to upgrade to a GBA SP, I wanted to know if anyone has bought the kit and fitted it.

It's £40 with fitting but I'll be fine with a screwdriver and soldering iron, honestly
Like you say though, I would rather keep my GBA, I prefer the shape and feel of it compared to the SP.

Id stick with the normal GBA and get an afterburner.
Theres places you can send your GBA off to that will fit an afterburner so if the fiddley stuff isnt for you, dont ya worry.
Didnt get one myself because I gave my GBA away, got all the games I want on PC.
