There are plenty of 'Track n Field' type games out there, but sadly they're still based around the old arcade cabinets of the early eighties, in which you simply hammered buttons to run faster, for example.

So how about a new game based on the decathlon, that not only has you competing in each event, but also training in it.

You'd have to focus your training in all of the different aspects of the sport, but you couldn't possibly hope to be master of all 10, so concentrate on maximizing your points in those events you're best at, be it the running events, the jumping events, or the throwing events (as I believe all 10 fit into these catergories).

So train as an athlete, starting off in a small team, represent your county, then your country, before trying to achieve the ultimate, winning the decathlon at the olympics.

You'd have to deal with outside influences in your life too, maybe take steroids, and get a ban, or deal with a false accusation.

This combination of training and competition would be refreshing and finally move away from the typical button bashing, must win every event type game we've seen in the past.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
I am delighted.
Brilliant! As usual the careful and intuitive production that Freeola puts into everything it sets out to do. I am delighted.
