We've had the console wars (with casualties on each side), we've had the opposite console wars, where we tried to defend the 'oppositions' console, so how about the console unwars?

I propose a unity of consoles, a joining of gamers from across the vast platforms of consoleland. What joins us together, makes us unite with one voice? Well, one word sums all of us up, Games. Games are the sole existence of consoles, without them they would be as useful as a chocolate teapot, so why can't we all just unite under the banner of gaming and give praise for the genius of consoles and games which light up our lives.

We all owe part of our happiness to Nintendo, Sega, Sony, Atari and everyone else who has ever made someone smile by watching a myriad of pixels fly across the screen and anyone who has ever held a controller in their hand. So let us join and rejoice in the wonder of consoles, not divide into factions and split the joyousness of gaming into smaller parts.

Cry Unity for consoles, games and gamers and let slip the shackles of platforms.

You know it makes sense!

I wish the console wars would end, but sadly they wont. some people will inevitable end up buying a naff console by accident (eg jaguar) and will feel threatened by good consoles. So they will resent the other consoles. So they will fight the other consoles. People like 2 fight way 2 much...

But this brings up the important question regarding the type of cutlery you would serve the chocolate tea with. Would you go for iced cups and sugar spoons, or the less classical, but equally tasty toffee mugs and a cheese straw?

Decisions, decisions...
