Grand Theft Auto 3 Review
Outstanding, Brilliant, Amazing, Magnificent all of these words describe GTA 3. All though this game has not even been released in Britain yet. You can still see it is going to be a monster hit if you look at itís predecessors they where very good games. But this ones different itís better for starters itís 3D which will improves the game play immensely making the surroundings much more realistic and more fun to play. You can explore the surroundings that are in more detail with more anticipation to find new and better things to do. It is more realistic in going around like stealing a car when you did this in the other games they never even tried to stop you or fight back in this newer version they donít always just let you take the car they fight back and start punching back. I like this in a game where it is still realistic itís more funnier to run some one down if theyíve hit you more satisfying to get some pay back.
There are more vehicles in this game as well. You can ride the sub way and if you go to the front of the train you can kill the train driver and drive it your self, there is also a boat in it so you kind ride in the water and have more complex missions.
The Missions on this game look a lot better. This is made better from the game being 3D I think this contributes a lot to this game it makes everything so much better like the missions. If you are a die hard GTA fan then you can change the view to play it old school style from the top view.
The speed and graphics have got a lot better at first game makers didnít take full advantage of the PS2 capacity. But this and many new games take advantage of the PS2ís true power in the old game on the PS it sometimes slowed down or jutted in game play which wasnít very good. But this game is very smooth and sleek, Itís much better.
The weaponry is just as good maybe even better there is a rocket launcher in the list of weapons which will make for some good fun. If you want to pick people off from a distance you can use the sniper rifle to take them out.
There is also kind of another game in it if you steel a cab you can ferry people around and get money just like crazy taxi and earn a bit of money for your self so your getting your moneys worth for what you buy.
In short this game is one of the most impressive games that is coming out for the PS2. It will soon be out on the 26th October (two days from my birthday) and it shows the full power of the PS2 which in my opinion is the best console that is out and will be for a long time (until PS3 comes out of course). You should go straight and pre-order this game, if you donít have a PS2 then I suggest you get one and fast.

Cheers guys i don't know about the GAD but hopefully after this im going to right a review on SD3 try with that it's just fun as well it's not all for the GAD mostly but some of it's for fun
