ZP, get an FTP client that is capable of queuing, and your problem is solved.
I use a freebie called LeechFTP - it will even upload a number of files at once, using different threads.
It may still be downloadable from www.leechftp.com, but I'm not sure as they're releasing a new program that will be shareware. If not, mail me at [email protected] and I'll mail you a copy by return.
