Just wondering, for those of you who owned a Sinclair Spectrum, what games did you have?

If anyone had Snowball in Hell, Death, Ruff n Ready or Batman, please tell me. I'm on a bit of a retro hunt and the few games i really want for a Spectrum are those games.

Thanks in advance :-)

Nah, that wasn't the same game. I saw the name and did a backflip.
The Speccy version was two blokes facing each other. With swords.
Think Tekken, but no jumping or punching. You had to hack your opponents head off to beat him, and a little goblin would walk on and drag the body away kicking the head.

And a poster with Maria Whittaker on came free.

Well no ones mentioned any of the other games :-\

As for the isometric Batman, is was brilliant, with some very tricky jumps. I remember getting one item only once (think it was something like a backpack) then never being able to again :-D

Are you sure thats the '87 isometric BatMan game? ... Sounds like the '88/'89 sideways scroller?

Can anyone remember these titles in the slightest? Do they really exist?! I think I'm going insane.

I've got around 200 games...

I've got Batman, boxed (not in a cassette case, but actually boxed!) which is actually 2 games in 1!

On 1 side you face The Joker, the other, The Penguin.

Quality game that!

I can remember some taking about 20 minutes to load, it was pure hell, escpecially the mind-numbing sounds. The reason I want a spectrum is just to give all those games I never completed a bit more time, and the fact that Snowball in Hell is better than any other puzzler out today.

Oh, and Goatboy, Barbarian recently got a crap remake on all three consoles, you probably didn't hear about ti because it isn't very good at all.
