Basically, there were 2 numbers on my card that were on the 5 numbers, so I highlighted the numbers the drew them. And it says I've been disqualified.

Unfortunately we have tested the system rigorously and there is no way that the system can ban you, or automatically click on the 'House' button for this to happen. As this seems to happen quite frequently to you, I would advise checking out your computer system to make sure there isn't something daft causing you problems as it really is not possible to happen this end.
Here just to show you. I'm going to try in Internet Explorer, is there anyway to disqualify me?
