A while ago Ninty mentioned there would be free GBA players with stars.
Has this happened yet, and I've just missed it?

I remember doing a betting post thing, where everyone had a guess at the next gift, but I'm sure it wasn't announced to be the GBP.

U have missed it - I got them all. bwah hah hah ha
Well they can't really start giving them away yet, it's still only been out a week so (assuming its been selling well/on target) they'll need all their stocks of it to meet demand. I reckon it'll be appearing in the stars catalogue in the next few months... Doubt I'll have enough stars to get it anyway though...
The deal is it allows you to play 16-32 bit games on your TV.
Don't anyone come up with this "They were designed for handheld play" crap - we all know that the majority of the better games were made for the SNES anyway.
As for the free with stars crap. Nintendo will probably only do that when sales start to decrease - It is a shame for I have loads of stars, waited to be first to get one off the website, and they didn't even bother putting it up.

I don't see the big deal with the GBA player but it seems to be getting all good reviews etc.
I thought it was gonna be cheap, too. D'oh.
GBA Player = best invention since sliced bread, go out and buy one now !
