There is a patch available which fixes the incompatability issues, which was produced unofficially by a member of the community rather than Bethesda themselves.
Bloodmoon has been out for a month in the US, so a proper patch should be well into production by now.

A word of warning: according to Gamespy Blood Moon is not 100% compatible with Tribunal, and can cause some serious discrepancies to manifest themselves regarding the quests you can undertake at Mournhold. This may well have been rectified and/or there should be a patch available.
