Hi all. I'm getting really annoyed with my computer cos its taking me ages to download from audiogalaxy. I keep giving up halfway through. Anyone got any suggestions? What can i do to make it faster? I'd appreciate any info.

Good advice from the boys Ben. I reckon get a faster connection though. Who are you with now? I had a bit of trouble with downloads until we had NTL Broadband installed, now its about 10 times faster. Its always on too so no boring dial up.
I pay about £25 a month which is about half of what i did with Freeserve. Might be worth looking into. If youre interested have a look at www.broadband-cable.co.uk cos its not available everywhere and that way you can see if theres cable in your area. Hope that helps you out.

Get morpheus. You can pause the downloads on that and continue them on another day. It's the best.

What size is your modem? e.g. 56k? 28k?
are you downloading .wav files? if so try and find the mp3 file instead, you'll save yourself a lot of time + the quality of sounds usually better :)
