I've decided in my youthful impulsivness (sp?) that i cannot keep on living in this hell hole known as England and decided to move to Canada hopefully for a better life (stop cheering you lot, i might be back some day :-p)
Anyway i'd much rather take my PS2 with me over there rather then sell it so i'd like to know 3 things.

1) Will i actually be allowed by the authorities to transport it over there with me and will they bust me on the fact it's chipped (is there a way to tell from outside?)

2) does it exceed any weight limitations? (taking into account it'll have about 40 games going along with it)

3) I won't be able to use the plug that comes with it will I? due to different power outputs used over in Canada so will i be able just to use a playstation 2 lead i buy in canada with my PS2 or will i have to get a Universal Adapter to get it to work and not blow up?

Uh-uh.... they don't have SCART in the US. It's a European standard. It's the hardware that's the problem, not the software. I don't know for sure but I'd check in to using PAL hardware on non-PAL compatible tellies...

It's all this kicking in the nads, it's affecting my eyesight, water streaming from the pain :P

Blame Neo and Herc for that!

Ontario, haven't been there, went to Calgary and Vancouver so can't really comment, still a damn nice place as long as you can stay away from the SARS outbreaks :)

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
