Go into game and look in the secondhand bit, they sometimes get some in down by me, so they might have some accasionally be you...
I have a wheel with pedals.
You can't get pedals for the Dreamcast, but the official steering wheel is very good anyway. You'll need to try second hand places like eBay or Gamestation (the shop).
