Despite the fact that it is not out yet, I am one of the lucky people to have obtained the game from secret "sources" and I shall write a mini-review for you all. Please forgive me if I should have posted in the WWF Forum but it is Gaming.

The game features the following players:

Stone Cold Steve Austin
The Rock
Triple H
Undertaker
Kane
Chris Jericho
Chris Benoit
Billy Gunn
Rikishi
Edge
Christian
Bubba Ray Dudley
D-Von Dudley
Matt Hardy
Jeff Hardy
Bradshaw
Faarooq
Raven
Tazz
Hardcore Holly
X-Pax
William Regal

An amazing 22 superstars fill the roster. The following modes are in the game:

Season
Gauntlet
Exhibition
Exhibition
King Of The Ring
Iron Man Match
Royal Rumble
Create A Pay-Per-View

There are various multiplayer games that I have yet to try out. There is also a variety of modifications available for the matches:

Cage
Triple Threat
Fatal 4 Way

Season mode begins with Vince McMahon coming out and asking ìWho will be the heavyweight champion at Wrestlemania?î From there, the entrances basically left me drooling, as titantrons play and the wrestlers walk out. The gauntlet was exhausting (mainly due to the button-bashing content), but fun. King Of The Ring was entertaining, yet competitive. Iron Man Match was fun again, but VERY exhausting. Royal Rumble mode is very similar to that or No Mercy. Disappointingly, the limit of wrestlers in the ring at once was 4, even though the Mega Drive had much more. Create a PPV was quite fun, as they had up-to-date arenas.

Overall, WTWM was a very good effort and much better than Betrayal, I must admit. I look forward to many more wrestling games on the GBA. But please, don't make it a button basher.
