Nope. 'Fall 2004' in the US.

In a press conference at E3 Microsoft said it had been delayed until Fall (Autumn) 2004, and that was for the American release.
But no matter whether it was a year and a half or eight months, it's still too early to get yourself a copy of the game. :-D
