Sega did hardly Anything to stop them Cheaters (player killers, also Thiefs) in their paths. Will sonic team and Nintendo do anything about the Hackers?

How can you hack on a Dreamcast (with out a cheat cartrige that is)..

Sega should have restrictions on cheat cartriges, but players who play legally, but nastily (I.E. killing others), well, we can take those sadistic freaks!

I'd hope so otherwise that would be spoiling a well decent game. Oww, finger still hurts :(
