Walter Smith is trying to do his best in charge of Everton and he does considering that all the time he has no money to spend on players!

Oh! Great! But this what he can stretch to. He is finding bargins mind you, Radzinski and Graveson are the Gods of 30 yard shots, Ferguson the heading master, Campbell the strategic master, Watson the defense rock! All these players have come to Everton in the last 4 years! Everton have been in debt trouble for just over 7!
I heard that it is the clubs chairman spending all the money! Is this true? Please tell me the truth because I want to know! I need to know why my team are only performing at a moderate level!

What.. look I'm looking for a sensible answer I really want to kno why they are always in debt. Oh yeah! It was so funny 'cos my dad supports Birmingham and he was jumping for joy when Trevor Francis was sacked, he he he.
