Can someone list the Input type "NAME" attributes available in Freeola's Form-to-Mail script...?

Since the recent changes, my e-mail "Subject" has changed from "Form Submission" to Freeola's default "Website Enquiry", and I notice that the "fail_redirect" field is now being pumped through to my e-mail when it didn't do so before...?!

The only NAME attributes I currently use are...

- recipient
- from
- require
- success_redirect
- fail_redirect

Thanks in advance for any advice supplied.
