Oh yes, I am rather happy to have read the upwire report on the potable apapter for the GC.
Defiatly a very good idea.
It will fit neatly onto your 'cube and ads barley any space. Loor really cok and playing you gc anywhere? yeah baby!
I think that it will give Nintendo even more control over the portable gaming market. The GC is designed to be moved. Thats why it has a neat lil handle on the back to allow easy moving.
The PS2 is reakomended to NOT be moved as it is very delicate. Im sure the same will be true with the Xbox and its hard drive.
This way you can play your GC in the car or on holiday. I have always found myself wanting to take my N64 but it is really not very portable.
Also the fact that you may be able to watch telly on your GBA. There is nothing that the Xbox or PS2 can do that the GC or a different version of the GC or a GC with an adapter can't do.

They may make more cartoony graphics but the designs of their hardware are excellent.
I can't wait for the GC and will expend the money just for the best gaming experiance while in the car. Well maby second best experiance you can have in a car ;-)
The Xbox is TOO big to be portable as is the PS2. the GC will be the only 128 bit console you can play in your car and this will be very popular i am sure.

ok it has a rechargeable battery which last for 2 and ahalf hours. Unless you are really fat or have a tiny car you could plya PD in the back.

Wow I can play my Gamecube on a bus how exciting, I can also get beaten up and have it taken off me. What sort of batterys is it gonna need to keep the thing powered? you would need half of Duracell to keep that thing running for a decent amount of time. 3 player Perfect Dark in the back of a car? Cramped would be an understatement.
Aren't the portable screen (looks ace) and the GBA TV adaptor third party stuff, so there not made by Nintendo?
