Oo and Dancing Stage Fever is out on October 1st. Oh yes.

Platinum games have a Recommened Retail Price of £19.99, RRPs aren't set in stone,so retailers don't have to stick to it if they don't want to.

I've noticed that too.

Yeah! A while ago GTA3 Platinum was outselling Vice City. Goes to show that the 'Publishers' know what they're doing is correct. Bleugh!

Unlike consumers, the developers(or whatever) aren't stupid. Why slash the price of their game when they know full well that it'll sell just as well at the full RRP?
Vice City won't go Platinum until GTA4 is released, just as GTA3 was when Vice City was released.

Know what really bugs me? Every time I go into a store, even though GTA3 is Platinum, almost all stores sell it for £25.

Surely that's just not allowed?

Yea i would have thought that too otherwise the likes of FFX and GTA: Vice City would have gone platinum within just a matter of weeks of their release if to go platinum the game 'only' has to sell 300,000 copies

Cheers FFF. It was Stuntman and The Getaway I meant, I already have Kingdom Hearts. Excellent game! I'm not sure about Ratchet & Clank though. I know it's a quality game but I'm not really into platformers. I might rent first and see what it's like.
